
Smith Farms was founded in Cullman, Alabama in 1955 by Ed Smith as a small road-side stand selling seasonal produce and a few cured hams and bacon. Through the years, Smith Farms has grown to be recognized throughout the country for producing truly unique, 'Southern tasting' products. We continue to use the same time honored recipes and techniques perfected many years ago. Today, we have a fully USDA inspected process and can ship our products all over the world.
